SHIPPING INFORMATION
We do our very best to get your order to you as quickly as possible. We also put in a lot of care to ensure your crystals arrive to you in a safe and secure way. All parcels are shipped using Australia Post nationwide from Gregory Hills, Sydney. We have the following shipping options available - standard, express & insurance options

Due to shipping delays with Australia post at the moment, orders may sometimes taking longer than expected to arrive. Please consider this when placing your order.

We put a lot of care into packaging your order to make sure that it arrives to you safely, however every now and then Australia Post may have damage caused in transit - PLEASE NOTE: we are NOT liable for any damage caused during transit. All items are inspected and all perfectly fine when prepared for postage, however we will accommodate as much as possible with any damage that may be caused during your parcels travel to you.
Lost in Transit - We have an insurance option available to select at checkout for any LOST IN TRANSIT parcels. PLEASE select the insurance option on your parcel at checkout to ensure that if your package is lost in transit that your items may be covered for loss. Once the package has been received by Australia Post the package then becomes the responsibility of Australia Post and they are then liable for any lost in transit items if you select insurance on your package. Otherwise if your parcel is uninsured and is lost in transit only a maxium of $100 can be claimed for lost items.

Order Processing time is approximately 3-10 days for packaging your order plus the shipping times listed at our checkout page.
PLEASE NOTE: During our SALES and LIVE SALES please expect packaging delays as we usually get swamped with orders and we work very hard to get our orders out in a timely manner for our gorgeous customers.

Once your order has been shipped you will receive a tracking number to track your order. Your tracking number identifies where your order is throughout the travel to your destination

We do not refund for change of mind however we are more than happy to discuss possible exchanges with customers own cost for shipping for change of mind.
